Later coming and Sick days without valid reasons.
I think a teacher lateness or absence has far_reaching consequences that extend beyond the classroom as it disrupts student ‘s learning, increases the burden and fellow educators, and can contribute to a negative school environment. This maybe resolved by addressing and explaining the consequences of late coming or sick days without valid reasons to teachers.

I agree with this because when you arrive in time you also prepare for your day before you even have to go to class.
-
I definitely agree, arriving on time shows professionalism and, it also shows that you respect for your colleagues and your learners.

Yes i agree on that, and a teacher should not leave early at school before learners leave the school yard because they are still our responsibilities when they are at the school yard.
