I believe that these qualities and traits are extremely important to have as pedagogical practitioners in order to progress the level of education in our country. Education needs to be elevated to a level where it is taken seriously by all in our country. School attendance. Consistent attendance demonstrates that you’re dependable, responsible and serious about your job. It is important for teachers to always be available at work as frequency of absence lead to content gap and being left behind with curriculum.
