CONDUCT: THE EDUCATOR AND HIS OR HER COLLEAGUES
I think the above conduct is important because in this day and age we have different age ranges in schools therefore how you approach situations would most likely be different. A 52 year old approaches a situation differently as opposed to a 32 year old. It highlights the importance undermining the status and authority of your colleagues;
respects the various responsibilities assigned to colleagues and the
authority that arises there from, to ensure the smooth running of the
educational institution;
uses proper procedures to address issues of professional incompetence or
misbehaviour. -
As a teacher you must always arrive in time in order to set a good example to our learners
-
I agree with this conduct because we will able to develop and reinforce our learning environment
-
-
Good relationship with colleagues and parents is important. When colleagues relate well it creates a healthy working environment. When educators relate well with parents it creates a good platform of communication, and ultimately learners the ones who will be impacted positively.
-
Punctuality and dress code. Teachers need to wear appropriately. They should always be Punctual to ensure content coverage
-
Dress code. It is pivotal for one to dress appropriately and respectful when dealing with minors
-
As teachers our dress code represents who we are. It is important to dress appropriately as learners tend so see us as their role models.

I think one characteristic that is critical is Integrity because it ensures that professionals act with honesty, fairness, and transparency in all their dealings. Without integrity, trust in a profession erodes, leading to unethical behavior
-
Objectivity is a critical characteristic in professional ethics, as it enables individuals to remain impartial and unbiased in their judgments and decisions. This trait promotes fairness, trust, and accountability, ultimately leading to higher-quality work and better outcomes. By striving for objectivity, professionals can build trust with their clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, and maintain the integrity of their work.
-
Dressing code, if you dress accordingly learners will respect you and the lessons you offer thus yielding good ground for learner performance.
-
Dress code. A professional appearance is important when working with students

Yes, punctuality does play a key role as part of the work ethic. As a teacher you need to be confident in what you do and always prepare lessons on time before school starts. You will feel comfortable when presenting your lesson. A prepared teacher is able to engage well with learners and also ask relevant questions which will make the lesson to be fruitful.
-
- Acknowledges the uniqueness, individuality, and specific needs of each learner, guiding and encouraging each to realise his or her potentialities;
I consider this characteristic critical because it will direct you as the teacher to put in measures and techniques that will accommodate them to learn without any fears to make them feel free. This trait encourages us to treat learners according to their strengths and weaknesses because we will be able to assist them properly. It also helps to handle the different behavior of learners. Treat every child around you like your biological children. This will ensure that when you praise one learner, you must praise them all. You should also not show partiality amongst learners.

Gender equality in the classroom is of paramount importance as it facilitates/helps students develop the skills needed to navigate and contribute positively to a diverse and inclusive society, promoting social harmony and equity.
-
I think as an educator it is important to recognize the parents as partners in education and promotes a harmonious
relationship with them. Learners with support from both educator and parent tend to have higher grades and test scores, better social skills, show improved behavior and adapt well at school. -
As an educator i think dressing codes are a vital part of professional development for educators. They can help create a more comfortable classroom environment and establish a positive relationship between teachers and learners. Learners are more likely to show respect for a teacher who dresses professionally.
