I believe integrity is very important for teachers because it helps people trust you. A teacher with integrity is honest, fair, and does the right thing, even when no one is watching. This makes learners, parents, and other teachers feel safe and respected. When a teacher has integrity, they mark learners’ work fairly, keep promises, and always try to do what is best for the learners. Without integrity, it would be hard for people to trust the teacher, and this could affect teaching and learning in a bad way.

I strongly believe in acknowledging the uniqueness, individuality, and specific needs of each learner, guiding and encouraging each to realise his or her potentialities. This will provide the learners with a sense of belonging, in meeting and recognising their specific needs as an individual and catering to their specific learning needs to ensure meaning teaching and learning will take place.

I think it’s important that all learners in the classroom should be treated the same and they should feel free to express themselves.

It’s definitely worth considering how stronger connections between teachers and parents could benefit students. While many parents might see their child’s education as solely the teacher’s job, I believe it’s a shared responsibility involving the teacher, the student, and the parents. Unfortunately, a lack of parental involvement is a common issue in many schools, often resulting in lower academic achievement due to a lack of encouragement at home. However, if teachers and parents were to build positive relationships and collaborate, it’s highly probable that learners would perform better academically.

    Punctuality.

As educators we are leaders and role models to our learners, most learners copy our behavior. being punctual to school and to class hows learners the importance of time management. It shows learners that you are serious about your work and that you know what you are doing and that you do not tolerate late coming, this minimizes late coming and also having to spend the first minutes waiting for learners to come to class and settle down.

Exercising professional judgment means that teachers must make decisions based on a combination of pedagogical knowledge, student needs, educational goals, and ethical principles. This includes selecting appropriate teaching strategies, assessment methods, and classroom management techniques that best support student learning and well-being. Teachers are expected to tailor their decisions to the diverse contexts in which they work. This includes understanding the cultural, social, emotional, and academic backgrounds of their students and responding appropriately. While teachers are given a degree of professional autonomy, they must balance this with accountability to educational standards, institutional policies and most importantly, the best interest of learners. Teachers are expected to avoid bias, maintain
fairness, respect student dignity, and ensure confidentiality where
    appropriate.
Ethical teachers are reflective practitioners who adapt and grow over time.

I think dress code should be addressed at school because teachers forgot that when they are at school they are professionals. They must dress well so that learners may copy from them.

Teachers should use appropriate language and behaviour when interacting with learners and act in such a way that elicit respect from learners. As educators we should maintain professional behaviour, especially when communicating with our learners. It creates a positive and inclusive learning environment where learners feel valued and safe to participate.

Dress code. How a professional dresses reflects on how they view and value their role as an educator.I have the notion that learners will treat an educator to some extent ,on the perception drawn from how they present themselves through their physical attire they wear when educating learners, thus dressing appropriately is of importance for a positive reception.

Gender equality is of upmost importance. Children are to learn about respect and empathy from teachers as a skill that will equip them for life and make them better community members as adults
