I think of joining SADTU as an organization because the rights of educators are taken care of. Salary negotiations, grieviances and disputes of educators are also addressed. Seeing them dressed in their regalia motivates me because it looks stunning .

I think SADTU is the best teacher’s organization to join because the rights of educators are taken care of,including salary negotiations and representation of grieviances and disputes they come across. I also like to see them in their regalia after meetings around shopping complex, it looks stunning and motivational .
