professional dress code that is not revealing and not tight should be enforced more especially between female teachers since male adolescents learners get sexually stimulated easily by visual sense and this can lead to disturbance to concentration. Lack of concentration will lead to poor performance in class and grades. also female learners should adhere to school uniform professionally so, discouraging short skirts which reveals their thighs. Therefore dresses should be about knee level

SADTU being the popular teacher’s union around my area, is fit to be part of it where my best interest as a teacher is served and represented when encountering unfair ethical treatment from my work(school)
