promotion of gender equality is very much crucial and also the importance of inclusive education is the key as that will ensure that no learner would feel excluded but it will make every learner to have an interest in learning when learners are all included in a lesson not prioritizing the smart and forgetting the learners who are not as smart as the bright ones. engaging respect amongst other learners and it importance in school and in life in general

As an educator i am exercising my right by joining the union of my choice. My union of choice is the South African Democratic Teachers Union (SADTU) the reason that made me to choice that organisation amongst any other is the service they provide to their members also educating us about the things that we should improve in our schools to develop our communities and staying away from the things that might put us in problems. It is the care that they offers.
