I have many gaps but I believe with time one will get the hang of it all, I see a gap between the SBA and learner, more time is needed for struggling learners but it seems that the time is not there, but I hope it will be addressed .

I think a problem that the PCL could look into is new teacher induction as schools dont have time to induct and one is left to figure thing out on your own as everyone is too busy.

I would join SADTU as it is one of the biggest unions and it has experience and it has been tried and tested and you can see the results as it keeps growing.
