Educator and parent involvement is vital in my view. In the current era communicating with parents helps resolve hidden issues that learners have in relation to learning. Involving parents by asking them to sign their children’s books every weekend keeps them informed on their children’s progress and allows the teacher to help where possible. This will encourage learners to honour their schoolwork knowing that their parents monitor their work or progress.
