I will strive to strengthen my relationship with my colleagues as it will result in a huge difference in my work. This also helps one as a teacher to develop and enjoy what he/she does.

Respect: it is vital for educators to respect parents and learners since this impacts teaching and learning positively. We should be considerate when communicating with colleagues, parents/ guardians especially when communicating non-verbally, to avoid sending messages we do not intend to.

I also consider parental involvement as critical: Students whose parents stay involved in school have better attendance and behavior, get better grades, demonstrate better social skills and adapt better to school.
