I agree with you, as professionals we must practice professionalism to create smooth working environment.
-
Gender equality must be practiced in the class, this will makes learners to feel safe and believe in their self and have positive self confidence
-
For me it will be confidentiality. As teachers maintaining confidentiality is essential to uphold professionalism and protect the trust placed in us by parents, learners, and colleagues. Refraining from discussing official matters with unauthorized individuals ensures that sensitive information is handled responsibly and ethically.
-
Acknowledging and respecting learners’ uniqueness plays a pivotal role in quality teaching and learning. Teachers and learners are the stakeholders who are directly involved in everyday teaching and learning activities. Without respect for one another, no effective teaching/learning will take place.
-
I it is important because it teaches one to act and conduct himself or herself professionally. It also help one to understand work ethics and the relationships with all the stakeholders of the school.
-
Respect
By respecting learners regardless of their background and gender I think it creates a positive and conducive atmosphere that promotes academic achievement because they will tend to enjoy company and participate excellently so.
-
Respect is the key to everything… Teachers must respect themselves, respect colleagues, respect learners and parents
-
Always acknowledge that all learners are unique and have their own way of learning. And the needs of each learner is different.
-
When you are in class is important to not treat learners differently based on their background 😌a teacher needs to treat learners as their own children. Show them love and respect.

Dressing code is very important in our profession because we as educators wr are role models to our lranets
-
Educator’s as a role model for learners. This means we should respect learners, dress in a respectful manner, always go to class being prepared with an effective lesson plan and behaving in a professional and ethical manner. This is key in maintaining good teaching and learning.
-
I strongly agree on dressing well. Learners can loose focus if a teacher is not dressed well. They tend to focus on the attire than the lesson
-
If you dress well it is easy to manage your class
-
The relationships with learners, colleagues, and parents. This characteristic is essential because it fosters a positive learning environment and promotes mutual respect. As a teacher, how we engage with others directly influences the school culture and learners’ outcomes. Upholding this standard ensures that professional boundaries are respected, and it sets an example of ethical conduct for learners. It is also vital for resolving conflicts constructively and maintaining a collaborative workplace and it also helps it knowing how our learners behave both at home and school. And it also helps on how parents participate when they are invited to schools
-
As a teacher dressing code is very important the way we dress is very important as a professional teacher. we cannot expect learners to respect us when we dress reveling clothes. Punctuality is a sign to show that you are committed, and you are in love with what you are doing.
-
Arriving early sets a tone of being comitted to being a teacher and also it gives the teacher enough time to reflect and prepare the upcoming lessons. This makes the teacher to be organised and punctual for the next lesson
