Dressing code
Teachers need to learn to dress appropriately. It is a shame to see a teacher dressed inappropriate but still standing in front of learners. Learners talk , meaning they even tell their parents how we behave or dress. So, as a teacher respect and love yourself. This two concepts I just mentioned begins by the way you behave and dress as a teacher

Respect . Teachers need to learn to respect each other. I have realized that teacher’s who have more experience turn to look down on the newly qualified teachers. Giving them more work and deciding on things related to them without letting them know first. Teachers should show each other respect and stop abusing the newly qualified teachers.

I wanted to join Sadtu . I even sent my application to them. The issues is that it has being 6 months and I haven’t seen any deductions from them. I heard about PEU and I am considering joining it , because I believe that even if PEU is not praised like SADTU if given a chance. I would be surprised
