Who in your school do you think would add value to this PLC?The problem that would be addressed would be late coming/ absenteeism and its effects on a conducive learning environment. All teachers would add value as they would share their knowledge and perspectives on the matter.

I believe without establishing mutual respect, the learning environment will become inconducive. Establishing a culture of respect amongst all stakeholders will ensure that education is free from bias, prejudice and inequality.
