In the community and also in my school

(Grade -level teams)- teacher of the same grade collaborating together on planning and strategies.

(Subject-specific groups)- Educators teaching the same subject share resources and best practices

I chose this because is really stood out to reason being the development of the teaching profession is essential because education constantly evolves.

New technologies ,diverse learners needs and updated curricula demand that teachers stay current and skilled.

Continues development empowers educators to improve there teaching methods, boots learners outcome and maintain high professional standard – ultimately strengthening the entire education system.
