A PLC that is needed would be started to address reading problems among the learners,especially the foundation phase learners.Both learners and teachers from different schools should collaborate as this reading problem seems to be common among schools.The teachers and the learners can benefit greatly from this PLC

Subjects PLC which are very important because teachers collaborate and design lesson plans and question papers that are standardized and also share subject resources on quarterly basis.Accurate resources are easily accessible on whatsap groups

I will join SADTU ,because it seems to be the largest teacher union and has been around for quite some time.I believe that they are now more experienced in dealing with different teacher issues.

Respect: Respecting colleagues and learners,including all the stakeholders in the school is very important.Respect everyone irrespective of their age or position in the school.Treat everyone the exact way you would want them to treat you.
