Developing collaborative lessons

Design and implement collaborative, project-based lessons that integrate STEM subjects and promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving. All teachers will benefit from the PLC.

Subject-Based PLCs focuses on specific subjects to share best practices and improve teaching methods.

Issue-Based PLCs address specific issues or challenges such as improving learners literacy or addressing diversity and inclusion.

I joined SADTU, I believe that the union work to protect teachers from unfair labour practices and provide support during disputes. The union also often provide access to training, workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching skills.

I think as a teacher is good to be professional competent. To stay updated on subject matter and teaching methods in order to provide high-quality instruction.
