Yes I have.

My main struggle in the space of the classroom where some skills and ideas because of the spacing and overcrowding of the class are not accessible.

I have joined SADTU, I believe that it advocates fully for equality in the workplace for everyone.

Promoting gender equality.

I believe that students or learners feed off from their educators as they are what they are exposed to most of the time. If as an educator you send out a message of one gender being superior to the other and the other inferior, this will be enrooted in the learners and they will as well pass down that same mentality to their upcoming generations. Instead by promoting gender equality we are letting all individuals know that what the gender is is equally importnat as the opposite gender they are next to.
