As an educator, I will start the PLC at school and encourage teachers and learners to participate. And I will implement ways to deal with classroom management.

Discipline in the classroom is what gives me problem especially dealing with unruly learners. Therefore, I’m working on my way to deal with that.

The problem that will explored is the engagement of the teachers and learning in teaching and learning. There must be a common share of the problem that is arising in the school yard and be ables to assist.

Professional Learning Communities is crucial, especially to learners and teachers. As we know that teaching and learning does not only happen in the classroom but outside the classroom. Therefore, there is a need to engage in this professional.

I chose SADTU because is the only trade union that support and represent teachers and is the most organisation in the South Africa and it support the rights of the teachers.

As an educator, you must conduct yourself as per your professional. As we know that learners copy whatever that we do in the classroom. So is important to address learners and community at large with respect.
