I have identified that I am easily irritated by disruptive behaviors and learners tend to use it against me, but I have been trying to improve in that aspect.

In our circuit we are graced by a learning community called KAGISO TRUST, the support they provide is much appreciated, they do teacher support program, where they help identify learner’s learning gaps and help in closing them, they also provide teacher materials.
