In Professional learning committee it priorities the importance of providing a good quality education more especially when it comes to planning lesson and assessing learners . Relevance of what was taught is importance in order to check the learners feedback therefore PLCs ensure the quality of the above.

I selected sadtu with a reason that is a mass union that alwsys fight for the rights of the teachers and learners the interest of working in conducive environment and safety is important, sadtu always grows teacher to be better teachers and respect their jobs , do justice to learners when it comes to their education

Language of communication must be used effectively and good dress code of a teacher it also represents a role model to learners , a teacher that learners can listen to without him or her saying anything it plays a vital role and pivot on changing their lives, it pulls them back to self discipline and them understanding the importance of their presence and discipline in the premises of teaching and learning.
